It’s time to ask for help!

For over 3 decades, agents of Australian Government have been playing games with the minds and lives of innocent children, their fathers, and families. The game is called Family Law, and it is a profitable game, earning millions of dollars per annum for Government coffers and Corporations, and leaving many broken soles in its wake.

13 February 2008, then Prime Minister Kevin Rudd apologised on behalf of Government for atrocities committed on Aboriginal children and their parents, for the systematic removal of children, and the abuse they suffered. Rudd’s apology was in response to embarrassing facts
contained within report by Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission, part of which highlighted the destructive affects that this practice had on innocent children.

Rudd failed to mention that some of the perpetrators were still alive! No action was taken against them, as this abuse was sanctioned by Government agents and Law. This was occurring up until 1969, and a short time later, Family Law Act 1975 came to be, and since, systematic removal of children, all children from their fathers has taken place, and the affects are no less devastating than before. Stolen Generation II is a movement who is acting on behalf of all Australians; we’re not waiting for an apology, or for history to repeat itself!

Past and present Members of Parliament know what is going on; they permit Government agents to commit atrocities on a daily basis, and hundreds and thousands of lives have been affected. Relying on Australian Government agents to end this madness is not an option, it goes too deep, it involves high level employees, who have too much to lose, and their colleagues will not let this happen, or expose them. This is a matter for the International community, where unbiased intervention can be found.

Australians can rely on International Law, Law that does not tolerate Human Rights abuse, and formal complaint will be made under International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and Universal Declaration of Human Rights, all of which Australia is signatory to and bound by. Stolen Generation II relies upon this treaty in its complaint to United Nations, its Member States, and Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court. The game has been played for too long, if it is not stopped, future generations will also suffer. We as a Nation are compelled to act when crimes have been committed.

Stolen Generation II is circulating formal complaint for signature by Australians, and following collection, complaint will be served upon authorities, requesting Tribunal be set up to deal with specifically named respondents, alleging Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity. These will include past and present Government agents; Governor Generals, Prime Ministers, Attorney Generals, Chief Federal Magistrates, and Registrars, all of which have been aware of atrocities, and permitted them to continue without remedy.

The only reason Adolph Hitler got away with Genocide was that no one said NO!
