Three children found home alone with the front door open.

A Palm Bay mother of three is accused of child neglect after a cable company worker found her toddlers home alone with the front door open, according to Palm Bay police.

Kissanna Bailey, 20, told officers she had gone to a court hearing regarding child support.

A cable company employee called police around 9:15 a.m. after he saw the children lying on the floor of the home alone.

Officers responded and found the bathroom doors locked, the refrigerator tied shut and piles of dirty clothes. The children were in soiled diapers and told officers they were hungry, according to police.

The mother returned home just before 11 a.m. The Department of Children and Families was contacted.
