In preparation for our response
We are currently preparing to respond to recent events by making submissions to the various Shared Care legislation reviews in place. Two primary areas we are looking at is a compilation of "100 fathers' stories", to highlight how family law has betrayed fathers and children in this country for 30 years. Secondly, we will be making recommendations for improvements. There are plenty more in the works, but we seek your assistance with these now.

Father's Stories and/or Grandparents Stories
We received quite a few father's stories, and we are in the process of compiling them in order to deliver to the Attorney General. However, we need more stories from fathers, second wives and grandparents. If you have a story to tell on how the old family laws failed you, your children, the grandparents, and/or your second family, please let us know. Conversely, if you have a story on how the new laws helped maintain your relationship with your children or grandchildren, again, please let us know. Simply reply email to this email address.
Suggestions for improvements to family law in Australia
We received many suggestions for improvements to family law in this country, which I list only a few below. Please help us by making constructive suggestions on what changes are needed to make family law better for everyone in this country, especially the children. Please submit all your suggestions to our feedback form below.
1. A PUBLIC APOLOGY be made, in line with that of the Stolen Generations, to those Australian children who between the years 1975 to 2006, were forcibly and needlessly orphaned by an uncaring system for gender ideological reasons alone, and denied meaningful contact with a giving, loving parent. Most of these children still carry the scars today of this systemic abuse.
2. STRENGTHENED enforcement provisions for Parenting Orders, to address the wholesale flouting of Orders by many resident parents, including mandatory fines for Contraventions, and the mandatory inclusion of s65L in all Parenting Orders, in order to provide a non-legal & cost-effective remedy to any dispute over interpretation of any Parenting Orders.
3. MANDATORY Gender re-education campaign to be undertaken by all Judges & Federal Magistrates involved in family law proceedings, including Independent Children's Lawyers. The emphasis would be to eradicate the erroneous but pervasive belief within the Family Law industry that it is acceptable to discriminate against fathers merely because they are Male.
4. GENDER NEUTRAL PROTOCOL - all language to family law and/or family violence initiatives to follow a strict Gender Neutral Protocol. Non-adherence to be considered a serious violation in recognition that such language is inherently sexist and discriminatory.
Do you have any more suggestions - please submit here.
